Tecroc CS Grout

A high strength, non shrink, flowable grout which is chloride free. Low water absorption with good freeze-thaw stability plus resistance to oil, sea water and mild alkali attack. Tecroc CS Grout has certified compliance with DTp Specification for Highways Works Clause 2601.

Tecroc TS Grout

A high strength, non shrink, high flow, chloride free grout for hand and pump applications. Primarily used for cable ducts in post tensioned structures, but has many other applications where grouting down to 5mm is required.

Tecroc Speedsure S Grout RAPID SET

A rapid setting (35-45 minutes) grout with high early strength gain of 25N/mm² in 2 hours. It is a non-shrink flowable grout which is chloride free. Ideal for use in trafficked areas where down time must be kept to a minimum such as car parks, factory floors, loading bays etc.

Tecroc A Grout

A chloride free, plasticising, expanding admixture for producing Portland cement based concretes, grouts and mortars, producing high workability mixes which have low water content.

CMS Pozament Cemrok Easi-Flow ExCel

A non shrink, very high strength cementitious grout. It has high flow characteristics to achieve penetration under large base plates with no bleed and zero shrinkage. Chloride free. It is a very fine grout with no sand. Can be pumped.

SBD Five Star* Grout

A non shrink, high strength cementitious grout for use where good flow and strength is required. Can be pumped, poured, trowelled or dry packed. Chloride free.

Flexcrete Monopour PG & PC6 POLYMER GROUT

A high performance grout with the most advanced microsilica, shrinkage compensating and styrene acrylic copolymer technology. Rapid hardening, high strength, non-shrink, chloride free material. PC6 is a micro concrete used for larger depths in excess of 50mm. Can be pumped, poured or troweled. Suitable for concrete repairs or heavy duty applications beneath base plates, plinths and stantion bases. Fully complies with DTp Standard Part 4 BD 27/86 for the repair of Highway Structures.

Tecroc 100 Newton Grout NEW PRODUCT

An ultra high strength, non shrink grout specially formulated using a Portland cement powder mix. Powerful plasticising agents produce a highly flowing grout at low water content. Chloride free and meets DTp Specification for Highways Works Clause 2601 and CRD C621

Tecroc CS Concrete

Based on CS grout with the addition of 6mm aggregate. A high strength, non shrink, flowable "concrete" which is chloride free. Also available as separately bagged components of grout and washed/graded aggregate.

Tecroc 6mm Triple washed aggregate

6mm Aggregate suitable for bulking out grouts where grouting over 100mm thick is a requirement. Tecroc grouts can be bulked out with up to 1 bag of aggregate per bag of grout.

Fosroc Conbextra HF

A non shrink, high flow, chloride free grout for grouting thickness between 10mm & 100mm. Ideal for use under base plates, joints between pre-cast panels and water retaining structures. WRAS Approved Product

Fosroc Conbextra GP

A general purpose, non shrink grout for grouting thickness between 10mm to 75mm. Recommended applications at a flowable consistency include stanchion base plates, bolt pockets and void filling.

BASF Masterflow 765

A non shrink, high flow, chloride free grout for grouting thickness between 5mm & 75mm. It can be used as fluid or plastic consistencies for grouting of stanchion bases plates, equipment and machinery, bearing pads, rails, anchoring bars and for underpinning.
