EasiPoint Standard Mortar

For re-pointing brickwork and hard landscaping Gun-injection ensures that EasiPoint mortars go right where they are needed, deep into joints up to 75mm. EasiPoint flows right into the joint, filling it from the back to ensure there are no hidden air pockets for water to lodge and no risk of subsequent frost damage. Using special restrictor nozzles it is possible to repoint narrow joints down to 5mm. The gun injection method also means quicker, cleaner repointing with a high quality finish rarely attained by traditional hand pointing methods. Where larger areas are involved, EasiPoint Standard and Engineering mortars are equally suited to machine placement for even quicker results. EasiPoint is available in a range of eleven standard colours and, for larger schemes, special colours can be created.

SettPoint

For traditional setts, where an aesthetically pleasing wide joint is required, SettPoint provides a free-flowing solution, which can be poured into gaps to provide a high strength, durable finish. The grout-based SettPoint formulation is self-smoothing, exceptionally strong and contains a special expansion agent to compensate for shrinkage, providing peace of mind that the finished joints will not shrink or crack. SettPoint achieves high early strength, typically 30N/mm² after 24 hours and 50N/mm² after 7 days, making it suitable for areas subject to vehicular traffic. It is suitable for filling gaps from 15 mm up to 50 mm.

It is applied quickly and simply by pouring from a watering can, helping to keep installation costs to a minimum. The fully compacted high strength joint can be left smooth; alternatively it can be brushed or tooled to create a more rustic effect.SettPoint has a low water requirement and the mix can be varied to provide a stiffer consistency for gradient work.

Four standard colours are available - Natural, Yorkstone, Terracotta and Dark Grey - and for larger projects, special colours are available to order.
