Bolt Boxes - Waxed Cardboard

Manufactured from waxed cardboard they allow easy bolt location and adjustment with minimum displacement of reinforcement and concrete. To allow stripping and re-use, 25mm of the cone should be left protruding and rotated before the concrete has completely set.

Manufactured from expanded polystyrene they allow easy bolt location and adjustment with minimum displacement of reinforcement and concrete.

Polysolve

An emulsifiable solvent based product designed to dissolve polystyrene box outs, void formers, bolt boxes etc.

Has the ability to dissolve up to 10 times its own volume, depending on application and polystyrene density.

Holding Down Bolts

A range of holding down bolts is available in Grade 8.8 Steel. Price includes nut, washer, and a 100mm x 100mm x 10mm plate. Other sizes available to order

Heavy Duty Plastic Levelling Shims

For non structural, temporary support and alignment of pre-cast panels, components, bases etc prior to grouting or packing. Two types are available, square and horseshoe both have overall dimensions of 70mm x 70mm. A range of sizes allow various heights to be achieved.

CMS Pozament Cemrok Easi-Flow ExCel

A non shrink, very high strength cementitious grout. Suitable for gaps from 10mm to 100 mm. Can be pumped. Typical strengths are 30N/mm² at 24hrs and 80N/mm² at 28 days. Yield :- 14.7 ltrs

Tecroc CS Grout

A versatile, non-shrink, high strength cementitious grout for precision grouting in plastic, flowable or fluid consistencies.

Yield :- 13.25ltrs.

Shuttering Strips

A rapidly deployed solution for producing box outs and voids in slabs and concrete floors. Any size opening can be quickly produced as long as it is a multiple of 50mm. The strip is perforated crossways every 50mm to allow easy folding. The external profile of the strip provides a strong mechanical key for the concrete. Available in 10m long coils with depths of 150-300mm.
