Mapei Mapecem RAPID DRY SCREEDING

A fast setting hydraulic binder which, when mixed with graded aggregates and water, produces a screed that hardens within 2-3 hours, and is completely dry within 24 hours, independent of thickness. Suitable for producing bonded or floating screeds on new or existing slabs and in use with under floor heating systems.

Ardex A35 RAPID DRY SCREEDING

Mapei Nivorapid

A single pack just add water repair mortar used for repairing, levelling and smoothing interior floors, walls, steps and arises where very rapid hardening and drying is required. Use for filling depressions and holes in floors, prior to screeding or levelling operations. Compressive strength is typically 20N/mm² at 6 hours. Yield:- 15.6 ltrs

Ardex A45

A single pack just add water repair mortar used for repairing, levelling and smoothing interior floors, walls, steps and arises where rapid hardening and drying is required. Use for filling depressions and holes in floors, prior to screeding or levelling operations. Compressive strength is typically 17N/mm² at 24 hours. Yield:- 7 ltrs

Flexcrete Fastfill

A rapid setting structural grade repair cement for the repair and profiling of vertical and horizontal in-situ and pre-cast concrete where a durable high strength mortar is required. It is ideally suited for repairing floor slabs or screeds in both internal and external environments. Consistency can be varied to produce both a pourable and mortar type product. It is polymer modified and fibre reinforced. Compressive strength is typically 10N/mm² at 1 hour. Can be trafficked.

Mapei Planicrete

Admixture to improve mechanical and adhesive characteristics of cement screeds, renders, thin levelling mortars, etc. Additive for cement slurries for anchoring bonded screeds, always mix it with Portland cement, or, when required, with Mapecem or Topcem. Coverage depending on mortar mix and thickness.Yield:- Depends on application.

Tecroc SBR Liquid

A styrene butadiene copolymer with 47% solids content. Improves the performance of Screed, Mortar, concrete and plaster mixtures, improving bonding, water permeability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance etc. Suitable in concrete repairs, floor toppings, bonding of screeds and renders. If mixed with cement to a slurry consistency forms an excellent bonding/primer coat. The data sheet gives a range of mix designs.

Flexcrete Polymer Admixture 850

An advanced styrene acrylic copolymer with 50% solids content. Used to modify sand and cement mixes to Produce high strength (upto 69N/mm²) waterproof patching mortars, screeds or renders. Increases abrasion and chemical resistance. Can also be mixed with cement to produce a slurry for sealing porous and absorbent surfaces.

Ronacrete Ronafix

Ronafix is a high performance Agrément Board certified water-based SBR polymer for producing thin-section wearing or levelling screeds, fine concretes and floor repair mortars. Ronafix modified screeds are waterproof, frostproof, stronger, more durable and more chemically resistant than conventional screeds. Can be laid down to a thickness of 6mm. Coverage depending on mortar mix and thickness.
