Mapei Latexplan

A two-part self leveling and smoothing compound that consists of special cements, graded silica sands and additives with a synthetic rubber latex. For leveling 1-10mm in one application. Can be walked on in 1.5-2 hrs and will receive flooring in 12 hours. Its is generally self priming. Very Eco friendly with no smell, unlike many of its competitors. Compressive strength typically 30N/mm² at 28 days. Not a wearing surface.

Mapei Ultraplan

Single Component, leveling and self smoothing compound for leveling 1-10mm in one application. Ultra fast drying, ready to receive flooring in 12 hours. It can be pumped or hand applied. Eco friendly with low VOC and no smell, unlike many of its competitors. Compressive strength is typically 30N/mm² at 28 days. Not a wearing surface.

Single Component, leveling and self smoothing compound for leveling 3-30mm in one application. Ultra fast drying. It can be pumped or hand applied. Eco friendly with low VOC and no smell, unlike many of its competitors. Compressive strength is typically 37N/mm² at 28 days. Not a wearing surface.

Mapei Ultratop COLOURS AVAILABLE

Single Component, abrasion resistant industrial floor topping which is self leveling from 3-40mm in one application. Ultra fast setting. It can be pumped or hand applied. Eco friendly with low VOC and no smell, unlike many of its competitors. Compressive strength is typically 38-40N/mm² at 28 days. Wearing surface. Yield :- 15.6 ltrs

Mapei Fiberplan

Used for interior levelling and smoothing in thickness from 3 to 10 mm on properly fixed timber substrates and wooden boards, where good resistance to loads and traffic is required. Suitable for wheeled chair traffic and for underfloor heating systems. Application examples include smoothing old and new timber floors, floor boards chip-board panels, plywood, parquet. Also cementitious, terrazzo, old ceramic tiles, and natural stone substrates.Compressive strength is typically 328N/mm² at 28 days. Not a wearing surface.

Mapei Primers for Levelling Coats

Ultrabond Ecoprim T:- All-purpose Solvent free low VOC neoprene primer. Primer to improve adhesion of leveling compounds on all absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, Typically floors can be poured within 1-2 hours.

Coverage:- 200-250g per m²

Mapeprim SP:- Two component solvent free synthetic-resin based primer for the preparation of anhydrite, magnesium, and gypsum surfaces before smoothing or laying ceramic tiles. Coverage:- 100-200g per m²

Mapeproof ESM:- A two component epoxy DPM/ primer used to improve adhesion for Mapei products and to consolidate and waterproof cementitious substrates. Can also be used as an effective DPM. Where surfaces have a high residual moisture content this primer should be used prior to the standard primer. Coverage:- 200-300g per m²

Ardex Arditex

A partially self-smoothing latex smoothing compound with excellent properties of adhesion, flexibility and water resistance. Due to its special formulation it can be used under a damp proof membrane. It is exceptionally easy to mix and produces very low drag on the trowel. Can be laid from a feather edge up to at least 12mm in a single application. Compressive strength typically 18.3N/mm² at 28 days.

Ardex K15

A sub-floor smoothing compound for levelling from 3-10mm. Used with either ARDEX P82 or ARDEX P51 primers it can be applied to old sub-floors. Can be walked on after approximately 2 hours at 20°C and dries and hardens rapidly so that even thick applications are ready to receive floor coverings within one day at 20°C. Compressive strength typically 28.8N/mm² at 28 days. Not a wearing surface. Yield :- 15 ltrs

Ardex SD-T & SD-T B Base

A specially formulated cement-based compound for resurfacing and levelling existing concrete floors to give a wearing surface. Gives a very high strength surface, which will accept heavy wheeled traffic, such as in industrial workshops and warehouses, etc. SD-T B base mix is designed to pre-level concrete surfaces prior to applying SD-T. SD-T Can be applied from 5-12mm and SD-T B Base from 7-50mm. Compressive strength typically 36N/mm² at 28 days. Wearing surface.

Ardex Primers for Levelling Coats

Ardex P51:- For priming internal surfaces to receive cement based levelling compounds, adhesives, screeds, as well as plaster-based materials. Improves adhesion, prevents air bubbles rising and prolongs flow life and workability. Only use on floors that are dry and have an effective damp proof membrane. Coverage:- up to 10 m² per kg
