Text Box: BASF Masterkure 181 MASTERKURE 181 is a non-degrading, membrane forming liquid based on acrylic resin suitable for spray application to freshly poured concrete. The resultant film retains sufficient moisture in the concrete to ensure full hydration of the cement. Additionally, the membrane acts as a primer system for many subsequent surface finishes that do not rely on penetration for substrate bond. When applied to floors, the MASTERKURE 181 seals and dustproofs the surface enhancing durability. MASTERKURE 181 conforms to the requirements of: ASTM C309: Type 1 Class B AASHTO M-148 Type 1. Text Box: DiChem Tuffacure R90/R90AL A resin based concrete curing membrane to protect freshly placed or struck concrete from excessive water loss. Conforms to DTp Specification for Highways 1992 Clause 1027 (BS 7542, 1992) as 90% efficient. Film will degrade by oxidation and flake off over a period of 28-40 days, leaving a stain free surface. An aluminised version is available for PQ Concrete or where protection from sun is required Spray Applied. Coverage:- 5 m²/ltr.

Text Box: Grace Darakote 90WX Darakote® 90WX is a refined, white, wax in water-emulsion based curing membrane used to protect fresh concrete surfaces from the undesirable effects associated with too rapid evaporation of surface moisture. This protection is achieved by spraying Darakote 90WX onto the fresh concrete surface which rapidly forms an impermeable skin of wax over the surface. Darakote 90WX, applied at a coverage rate of 4.5 m² per litre, exceeds the 90% efficiency index for testing curing efficiency when determined in accordance with the test specified in the Ministry of Public Building and Works General Specification 201: 1969. DOT specification for Roads and Bridge Works 1976, Clause 2709. DOT specification for Roads and Bridge Works 1976, Clause 2603 and with DOE specification for Aircraft Pavements 1972, Clause 810. BS 7542: Method of Test for Curing Membranes for Concrete, and shown to exceed the 90% efficiency index requirement. Darakote 90WX complies with the requirements of ASTM C 309, Type 1. ASTM C 156 Darakote 90WX, applied at a coverage rate of 4.5 m2 per litre, restricts the water loss to less than 0.55 kg per m2 of surface, in 72 hours. Spray applied. Coverage:- 4.5 - 5.5 m²/ltr
