Extracure R90/R90AL

A resin based curing membrane to protect freshly placed or struck concrete from excessive water loss. Tested to DTp Specification for Highways 1992 Clause 1027 (BS 7542, 1992) as 90% efficient. Film will degrade by oxidation and flake off over a period of 28 days, leaving a stain free surface. Also available dyed blue to assist in application. An aluminised version is available for PQ Concrete or where protection from sun is required. Spray Applied.

Extracure Silicate (Curing aid)

An aqueous solution of Metallic silicates that form crystalline, pore filling salts within the concrete surface to reduce moisture loss. It also has dust proofing and surface hardening effects. Does not affect the bond of most subsequent surface coatings. Not compatible with Silane. Spray applied. Coverage:- 5.5 - 6 m²/ltr

Solvent Cleaner

A selected blend of organic solvents and reactive ingredients. Suitable for cleaning sprayers after using the Extracure R90/ R90AL or Extraseal AC3 products

Dichem Surecure S (Curing aid)

Curing Mats / Frost Insulation Blankets

Made of Closed Cell expanded Polyethylene Foam, with good thermal insulation properties and very low water absorption.Protects freshly poured concrete from the effects of freezing in winter or heat in summer.

BASF FEB Masterkure 106

A water based curing compound forming a membrane composed of a blend of petroleum extracts in emulsion form. Conforms to specification type: ASTM C309 Type 1 Class A. Provides a highly economical and efficient means of retaining the moisture in fresh concrete. Initial white colour shows areas of use, but the cured film is clear and water repellant. The cured membrane is not compatible with any subsequent surface treatment or finish, the film is not permanent but can take up to 6 months to degrade. Spray applied.
