A non Flammable formulation of hydrocarbon carrier and chemicaly active ingredient producing a low viscosity concrete mould release agent suitable for use on “good one side” shuttering ply, MDO, timber, steel, or shutter faces. It is applied by spray or brush prior to concrete casting to achieve a clean “strike” . Coverage:- 30 - 50m²/ltr.

BASF Rheofinish 211 - Chemical Release Agent

A water emulsion based on non-toxic, non-irritant, vegetable oils. It is readily biodegradable to OECD Guideline 301. Specially formulated to give an easy and complete release of the concrete from the forms and a significantly improved quality of the concrete surface which is smooth, homogeneous and free of pinholes. Teknistrip is formulated for use with plastic and thermo plastic mould liners (Polypropylene, ABS, Polyurethane, some latex and rubber moulds) commonly used in pre-cast manufacture of paving slabs, ornaments, edgings etc. Can also be used on steel and most other form materials. Text Box: Norsekem Ecodin WB - Emulsion Release Agent A water borne Chemical Release Agent based on modern rapeseed ester emulsion technology. Supplied ready for use and best applied by spraying techniques. It is completely free from hydrocarbon solvents and is therefore VOC free. This makes it ideal for use in pre-cast factories or confined areas where the solvent vapours of traditional release agents would be a hazard to the work force.
