Dichem Formease CRA2 - Chemical Release Agent

Reactive, drying type CRA. Formease CRA2 is a fast drying type chemical release agent formulated to give easy release of formwork and quality surface finishes to concrete. Suitable for use on all types of formwork and is the preferred type of product on proprietary MDO & HDO plywood forms and steel shutters. Spray applied.

Dichem Chemstrike MRO - Mould Release Oil

BCA (C & CA) Category 2

A versatile specially blended mould oil, suitable on most formwork types. Gives optimum release and finish on a wide range of mix designs. Spray or brush applied.

Coverage:- 15 - 45m²/ltr.

Extracon XS - Chemical Release Agent

BCA(C & CA) Category 5.

Reactive, drying type CRA. Recommended for use on MDO, HDO, phenolic and polyurethane coated plyforms, steel forms etc. Spray applied.

Coverage:- 25 - 60m²/ltr.

Extrastrike 402S - Mould Oil

BCA (C & CA) Category 2

A highly versatile specially blended quality neat oil with surfactant, suitable on most formwork types. Gives optimum release and quality finish over a wide range of mix designs. Spray or brush applied.

Coverage:- 20 - 45m²/ltr.

Extracon DS - Chemical Release Agent

BCA(C & CA) Category 5.

Reactive CRA for general use but specifically developed for use on plastic moulds and flexible liners to ensure extended form 'life' and architectural quality of finished product. Spray applied. Coverage:- 25 - 60m²/ltr.

Pieri Cire LM-33 - Solid Release Wax- Formerly LM21 wax

Paste release wax for high quality architectural concrete surfaces. Suitable on all formwork materials. Provides exceptional release on "difficult" pieces :- Fluting, caissons etc. Also highly recommended for counter casting, release can be achieved even after a years contact together .

Coverage:- upto 120 m²/kg

Pieri Cire E-31 - Release Wax - Formerly Eurocire 2000

Solvent based sprayable release wax for high quality architectural concrete surfaces, Suitable for use on clean steel or sealed wood forms, however not suitable for concrete counter casting. A drying time of about 15 minutes is recommended before pouring. Coverage:- 20-25 m²/ltr.

Pieri Decobio S-32 - Formerly Decobio S

A vegetable oil based release agent specifically designed to solve release and health risk problems on site and in pre-cast factories. Can be used on all types of mould or formwork material, and is recommended for general and high quality finishes. Spray applied using a cone nozzle or a very fine fan nozzle. Coverage:- 40-50 m²/ltr.

BASF Febstrike / Rheofinish 202

BCA(C & CA) Category 5.

Reactive, drying type CRA, for general use on most formwork materials, wood, and steel. Spray applied.

Coverage:- 30 - 70m²/ltr.

BASF Rheofinish 211

A water emulsion based on non-toxic, non-irritant, vegetable oils. It is readily biodegradable to OECD Guideline 301. Specially formulated to give an easy and complete release of the concrete from the forms and a significantly improved quality of the concrete surface which is smooth, homogeneous and free of pinholes. Spray applied.

Coverage:- 30 - 100m²/ltr.

Dichem Formease CRA1 - Chemical Release Agent

BCA(C & CA) Category 5.

Reactive, drying type CRA. Formease CRA1 is a slow drying type chemical release agent formulated to give easy release of formwork and quality surface finishes to concrete. Suitable for use on all types of formwork and is the preferred type of product on proprietary MDO & HDO plywood forms and steel shutters, it can also be used on sealed timber forms. Spray applied. Not Classified as Hazardous under CHIP 3 Regulations or ADR.

Norsekem Norstrike - Mould Release Agent

BCA (C & CA) Category 5

A cost effective formulation of hydrocarbon carrier and chemically active ingredient producing a low viscosity concrete mould release agent suitable for use on "good one side" shuttering ply, MDO, timber, steel, and plastic moulds or shutter faces. It is also effective on sawn boards. It is applied by spray or brush prior to concrete casting to achieve a clean "strike" .
